SERVICE / DESIGN

WE ARE THE FIRST LATIN AMERICAN SERVICE DESIGN FESTIVAL
We have invited the main global experts in this field, with the aim of connecting people, enhancing the knowledge of Service Design at regional level, putting its strategic impact to the test while solving actual challenges of public companies and organizations, certifying new service designers, and putting technologies at the service of the people and their concerns.
We focus on practical methodologies that are easy to implement, based on technological solutions that make it easier to face organizational challenges.
Our journey starts with the kickoff of our award-winning program of TiSDD. We will formally launch our Festival by training our sponsors’ internal collaborators. We will close the day with good food, beers and wine that will allow us to share and know each other better. Our welcome party is not to be missed!
We will continue with day two of TiSDD.
New internal collaborators or our sponsor companies will join us on especially designed activities for day two.
We will close the day with a cocktail and good conversation, a meeting moment among those who already know each other a little better.
On our last day of TiSDD, we will award the certifications to our future Service Designers. The Festival continues its journey, concentrating our content on qualitative research. In the morning we will seek for inspiration, and in the afternoon we will apply it in practical workshops. We will close the day with a gala dinner together with our international guests and the great closing party of TiSDD.
As the journey of our Festival goes on, we will move from research to the generation of valued and distinctive solutions. We invite you to be part of this day featuring the presentation of real cases, demo day and high-impact business meetings. The private sessions for our sponsors start today, which are an intimate conversation space with our leading international experts. We will close the day with a big barbecue, beer, wine and live music that will enhance our meeting moments.
This is the prototyping and implementation day. We will seek to understand when, how and why to prototype. We will address facilitation and iterative implementation, while discovering how to untangle the internal barriers of each organization. In the morning we will seek for inspiration, and in the afternoon we will apply it in practical workshops. The day ends with a party that will make headlines, the great closing of our Festival.
